This End User License Agreement governs your use of our applications distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this EULA.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and applicable App Store terms.
Certain features may require one-time in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions. Billing is managed by Apple. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload, including pictures. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the app. You must have all necessary rights for content you upload.
The app may provide AI-generated content. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI outputs.
The app may store data locally on your device and may use cookies or similar technologies in web-based components. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including paid or AI-related features, subject to applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.
This license remains effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate this EULA. You may terminate by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use.
We may revise this EULA from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
